Hey Sports :) i think for a few $ you could just replace the wheels with swivel locking casters, or at least 2 of the 3, you would get a more stable scope to manipulate. I'm sure you already thought of this, maybe you didn't do it because the dolly is just to walk around then you unload the scope...
