Hi everyone. I am new to this but have always loved looking up to the night sky. I live in south Florida and as many know we have alot of light down here (due to the fact that I live in the city). I have gone through the step up and really could not see anything through the eyepiece (this is after I used to finderscope with the red dot) but still was able to allige the telesope. My question is this. Why can't I see anything through the eyepiece when I look through it. I will try next time to start by trying to find something in the daytime. Here is the other question. Will to much light from the city light poles really play a factor in how much I see or don't see? Thanks fr your time.
